Main Responsibilities
Direct reporting to the TAT Piedmont Controller
Perform Monthly / Quarterly financial close cycle
Complete financial reports and routines with high level of quality in a timely manner
SOX Compliance, Control Auditing, and Improvement Implementations
Assistance in managing all accounting routines - Working with finance team to create internal controls, routines, and policies
Identifying solutions for discrepancies in financial reports
Assistance in managing all aspects of the General Ledger
Work with the finance team on process improvements
Assure inventory accuracy
Work collaboratively with the group's finance team
Work collaboratively with all 3rd party audits to include PWC, Internal, & SOX
Collaborate with site managers and employees
About You
BS in Accounting required or related field
Audit experience, CPA preferred
3-5 years' experience in finance-related roles with deep accounting background, preferably in MFG
Advanced knowledge and technical ability in Microsoft Excel
Familiarity with ERP systems
