Catholic Musician, Director, and Cantor - $50/hour (based on experience) – Hill AFB, UT, 84056

3–5 hours/week

Contract: 1 base year + 4 option years

The Role You’ll guide the music that brings Mass to life—playing, singing, and leading with intention. From weekend services to special holy days, your sound will shape the spiritual experience for military families.

What You’ll Do (and Gain)

• Lead music for weekly Mass and holy days—creating worship that’s memorable and moving
• Plan liturgies with the Catholic Priest—gaining insight and influence in service preparation
• Run rehearsals and guide fellow musicians—building leadership and collaboration skills
• Keep the ministry organized—develop your reliability and behind-the-scenes impact
• Manage your schedule and find subs when needed—flex your independence and problem-solving

Who You Are

• Experienced in Catholic liturgical music (3+ years)
• Proficient on piano, organ, or keyboard
• Can read music, sing confidently, and lead others
• Organized, reliable, and ready to serve
• Degree in music preferred—or equivalent experience
• Able to pass a background check
