Role Overview
We are creating a brand-new role for a Manager of Information Technology to architect, scale, and lead our IT and security foundation across Solen and our portfolio companies.This is a rare opportunity to build from zero, to design systems, processes, and governance that support a fast-growing multi-entity environment.
You will be the owner of our IT strategy and execution for Solen Software Group HQ, 10+ operating companies (and growing). You will establish standards, modernize systems, strengthen security, and ensure every team member, from a new junior hire to a CEO, has the infrastructure and tools to thrive.
This is not a “keep the lights on” IT role. It is a strategic and hands-on leadership position where you will shape the foundation of our technology environment for years to come.
