We have an immediate position for a full time Inspector supporting our San Jose, California transit team.
The Inspector should have experience on repair and improvement of facilities, maintenance, rehabilitation and tenant improvement.
The Inspector is responsible for overseeing and verifying the compliance of contracted projects and services.
This role often involves a combination of fieldwork and administrative duties to ensure all aspects of a contract are fulfilled satisfactorily.
From initial review to final inspection, the Inspector ensures that contractual conditions are met in terms of quality, safety, and performance.
