Job Description

Town Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking a highly professional and efficient Receptionist/Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate for the position will be responsible for greeting customers, answering phone calls, and processing payments accurately and efficiently. This position requires excellent customer service and communication skills in English and Spanish, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure, and attention to detail.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cashiers welcome customers upon arrival, answer their queries, and guide them through the process
• Process large payments and ensure that all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently 
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and cash balance at the end of each shift 
• Direct customer complaints and work to resolve them in a timely and amicable manner
• Operate computer, multi-line phone system, scanners, and other electronics to perform job duties
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure the smooth operation of the facility

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to speak both English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of experience in a cashier or receptionist role
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Demonstrated proficiency in handling cash and operating electronic equipment
• Proficiency in using the Microsoft Office suite and database software
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
