Job Brief

We are seeking a motivated Part-Time Sales Intern to join our Sales Department. In this role, you will support the sales team with a variety of projects, including lead generation, purchase order confirmations, CRM management, customer communications, and other tasks assigned by the Sales Manager.

This is an on-site internship position. Work hours and days are flexible, and the role pays $15.49 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Assist with lead generation and prospect research
• Process and confirm purchase orders
• Enter and maintain accurate data in the CRM system
• Draft and send customer and prospect email communications
• Utilize platforms such as NetSuite and ZoomInfo to support sales initiatives
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on additional projects and tasks as needed

Qualifications (optional but recommended)

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
