Job Description

Overview:

Seeking an experienced RCM Manager to assist with ramp up of a newly-acquired team. Manager will oversee front to back end RCM with about 10 employees. Big focus will be around creating SOPs as well as optimizing current processes.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a bridge between RCM and other internal business departments
• Assist with SLA, SOP, and policy creation and maintenance
• Lead RCM team training sessions
• Responsible for revenue optimization; strong data analysis skills, root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements
• Facilitate meetings and presentations with key stakeholders and RCM team
• Must have strong knowledge of revenue cycle management and life cycle of a claim

Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of RCM experience, 3+ in a management role
• Understand healthcare regulations and payer policies
• 3+ years of experience leading teams; either internal, clients or vendors
• eCW experience preferred, but not required
