Job Description

Masis Staffing Solutions is partnering with a leading manufacturing client to hire a Manufacturing Operations Planner in East Longmeadow, MA. Position is temp-to-perm and 100% onsite (not remote or hybrid) with excellent long-term career potential with an established company continuing rapid growth and expansion.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective preparation of production schedules based on production requirements to ensure timely delivery.

Pay: $30 to $35 per hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Onsite, Monday–Friday, 6:30am to 3:15pm

Key Responsibilities

• Align production schedules and equipment capacity to maximize efficiency and profitability.
• Align material flow functions.
• Prepare and issue regular and timely production reports.
• Track, monitor, and coordinate material shipments and deliveries.
• Assist with material planning and scheduling to support production requirements.
• Collaborate with all functional areas of Operations to achieve regional and global client requirements.
• Participate in strategic initiatives to enhance performance

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of production planning and planning systems.
• Understanding of manufacturing and inventory control.
• SAP experience preferred along with MS Office proficiency
• Minimum 2-year business degree or equivalent experience
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
• Solid analytical skills and the ability to collect and interpret data effectively.
• Team player with a proactive, self-motivated approach.
