Job Description

The IT Support Specialist provides hands-on technical support, manages user access and hardware, and ensures a secure, reliable IT environment. This role supports employees across multiple office locations.

This position requires being onsite.

Key Responsibilities

End-User Support

  • Provide day-to-day technical support for employees across office locations
  • Conduct IT onboarding for new hires
  • Troubleshoot Windows device issues and MS 365

Systems Administration

  • Administer user accounts, access, and policies across core business systems
  • Support system enhancements, integrations, and rollout

Hardware & Asset Management

  • Own end-to-end laptop lifecycle: ordering, imaging, configuration, shipping, and returns
  • Maintain accurate hardware and software inventory
  • Support hardware troubleshooting, repairs, and replacements

Security & Compliance

  • Manage device security and compliance
  • Enforce security standards: MFA, compliance automations
  • Assist with security audits

Requirements

  • 2+ years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT engineering or related field
  • Microsoft support skills
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
  • Ability to work onsite 4x/week
