Job Title: Sr. Product Manager

Location: Austin, TX - Onsite

Duration: 12 Months Assignment with high possibility of extension

Job Description:

The right candidate possesses a strong background in customer-experience and product and program management, combined with solid understanding of current cloud-based software and web technologies.

Key job responsibilities:

Lead a set of products to develop and execute the product roadmap using Client's working backwards process, including identifying customer pain points and new opportunities

  • Establish best practices to define, prioritize, and communicate product requirements to cross-functional teams using Client's working backwards process
  • Reinforce a team's ability to analyze emerging industry trends in Security & Loss prevention that can contribute to the long-term product strategy
  • Work with multiple engineering teams to design and deliver high-quality software products that meet customer needs and business objectives
  • Collaborate with user experience teams, data engineering, and solution architects to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for complex workflows
  • Create foundational mechanisms to analyze user feedback and data to continuously improve product performance and user experience across the organization and suite of products
  • Monitor the execution of projects in the portfolio, providing project progress to stakeholders when needed, identify and mitigating risks, and pushing for appropriate levels of quality to maintain the overall integrity of the project
  • Work closely with various teams to ensure scalability and maintainability of the products
