Jōtō Sushi is seeking an experienced sushi chef to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about quality fish, precision, and craftsmanship, and who thrives in a high standards, fast-paced environment.
What we’re looking for:
Proven experience as a sushi chef (nigiri, sashimi, maki)
Strong knife skills and fish breakdown experience
Knowledge of proper fish handling, storage, and food safety
Ability to work cleanly, efficiently, and with attention to detail
Team-oriented, professional attitude
Experience with omakase and/or high-end sushi concepts is a plus
