Job Description

Due to continued growth across Colorado, my client is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on ground-up and large-scale projects. This individual will oversee all onsite activities from mobilization through final punch and closeout, ensuring every project is delivered safely, efficiently, and to the exceptional craftsmanship standards the company is known for.

The portfolio includes Commercial, Entertainment, Municipal, Healthcare, Higher Education, K-12, Industrial and Residential. The successful candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled at navigating complex field challenges while maintaining exceptional relationships with owners, design teams, and trade partners. This Superintendent will play a key role in strengthening and expanding the field leadership team as the company continues its strategic growth across the state.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily jobsite operations from initial mobilization through project closeout.
  • Maintain a strong safety culture and enforce all site-specific safety plans.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with owners, architects, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors.
  • Utilize construction management software to maintain accurate scheduling, documentation, and communication.
  • Deliver highly organized, clean, and professional project turnovers.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • 5+ years of field leadership experience in Commercial or Institutional construction.
  • Experience with ground-up, renovation, or vertical construction across education, healthcare, municipal, or commercial markets preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple trades, maintain tight schedules, and drive high execution standards.
  • Proficiency with construction management software; scheduling experience (P6, MS Project, etc.) is advantageous.
