Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our supportive and mission-driven team. This hybrid role offers a blend of in-home and school/daycare-based therapy, with teletherapy opportunities becoming available as our services grow. This is a part-time position with the potential to grow into full-time as your caseload expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s needs and goals
• Provide direct therapy to children with articulation, phonological, expressive/receptive language, fluency, and pragmatic communication disorders
• Deliver services in homes, schools, and daycares (with occasional teletherapy as available)
• Educate and collaborate with families to promote generalization of skills and effective home carryover
• Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with ASHA and state guidelines
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Communicate and collaborate with other professionals, caregivers, and administrators as needed

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) (required)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children in educational, clinical, or in-home settings
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt therapy methods to the child’s needs
• Bilingual applicants are highly encouraged to apply, but it is not a requirement
