Billingual Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person

Ampersand Therapy is hiring passionate Speech Language Pathologists for the 2025–2026 school year. We offer both part-time and full-time positions, exclusively in-person.

Position Details

Schedule: Part-Time or Full-Time

Location: In-person

Start Date: ASAP

Service Area: Student evaluations, therapy sessions, IEP development, documentation, and team collaboration

Must be Billingual in Spanish!

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions
  • Prepare and participate in IEP meetings
  • Complete and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
  • Collaborate with school special education teams and attend staff meetings

What We’re Looking For

  • Valid Illinois Speech Language Pathologist license or willingness to acquire ASAP
  • Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement or willingness to acquire ASAP
  • Must be Billingual in Spanish
  • Strong skills in speech and language assessment and intervention
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
