The Opportunity

Our sales associates are responsible for guiding, informing and assisting our clients with genuine hospitality to ensure they have a positive experience with Cyclologic.

Performance expectations:

· Develop your sales and hospitality skills through training and on-the-job experience.

· Assist in maintaining or exceeding sales goals

· Learn about bikes, components, accessories and fit descriptions

· Participate in morning pre-opening chat and bi-weekly meetings

· Use our Guide Sales Process to provide our customers with excellent service in person and over the phone

· Schedule clients for cycling analysis appointments in person and over the phone

· Become proficient with our Point-of-Sale software and Outlook scheduling

· Maintain Trek University Guide Status by completing Trek U modules to further your knowledge of our products, services, and procedures.

· Assist in maintaining merchandise on floor by re-stocking and facing

· Assist in keeping the sales floor and customer facing areas clean

What you will bring to the job:

· A positive attitude and willingness to learn

· A desire to help all people feel included, positive, and enthusiastic about cycling

· Must love riding bikes

Schedule:

· Must be available to work Saturdays
