Job Title : Revenue Operations Manager

Location : Greeley, CO

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Revenue Operations Manager:

#1. Must have exp working in the CPG, agriculture and animal protein industries.

#2. Must have experience in a corporate environment, with experience both building and managing pricing, revenue and margin management teams and processes, with a clear understanding of different models and approaches, in the food space for both retail and food service channels.

#3. Must have experience in process change management.

#4. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.

Requirements for the Revenue Operations Manager:

  • Master's degree in business, Strategy, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related field.
  • Background working in CPG, agriculture and animal protein industries preferred.
  • 6+ years of work experience in a corporate environment, with experience both building and managing pricing, revenue and margin management teams and processes, with a clear understanding of different models and approaches, in the food space for both retail and food service channels.
  • Proven experience in budgeting and managing trade and promotional accruals and familiarity with end-to-end payment workflows.
  • Experience in process change management.
  • Strong analytical background, with clear understanding of different business objectives / insights methodologies and frameworks, with proven hands-on experience and career progression.
  • Leadership, with excellent communication, networking, collaborative and relational skills.
  • Strong analytical, consultative and problem-solving skills.
  • Availability and service-oriented mindset.
  • Organized and strong planner.
  • Experience with Price Pack Architecture, TPM, Yield and Margin Management frameworks.
  • Project management experience and capability building.
  • Great ability to communicate and present insights to a non-technical audience.
  • Working knowledge of supply chain and manufacturing.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and other sales, pricing, and trade solutions.
  • Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
