Hiring: Restaurant Construction Manager
Pay: $100,000 - $110,000/year
Location: Dallas, TX
DESCRIPTION:
Plans, executes and finalizes projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan. Defines the project’s objectives and oversees quality control throughout its life cycle.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficiency in English (Bilingual in other languages preferred but not required).
- Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information in the strictest of confidence.
- 3 years previous project management experience in a construction/retail setting.
- Ability to maintain a fast pace.
- Ability to problem solve quickly and effectively.
- Effective customer service skills delivered with a friendly disposition.
- Ability to handle responsibility.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Ability to actively listen and address franchisee, vendors, contractors, etc. concerns, comments and/or issues.
- Ability to lead others so as to uphold company standards.
- Experience with MS Office.
- Internally motivated and able to motivate others.
- Ability to act independently and effectively.
- Ability to manage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Intrapersonal skills.
- Knowledge of general construction guidelines, regulations and procedures.
- Knowledge of general health department and building regulations.
- Associates Degree or equivalent.
