Job Description

As a Repair Administrator, you will play a vital part in supporting the company’s engine programs by managing the full repair order process. Your day-to-day will involve producing and tracking repair orders, coordinating with vendors, reviewing and negotiating quotes, and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, effective communication with both internal teams and external partners, and a proactive approach to keeping repairs on schedule and within compliance standards.

Skills and Experience Required

  • 3–5 years of aviation industry experience, ideally within a repair organization.
  • Knowledge of FAA, EASA, and other global certification and documentation requirements.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (Pentagon 2000 SQL preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and maintain accuracy under deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Team-oriented approach with professional and ethical standards.
