Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter - Entry Level role based in Memphis, TN. The Recruiter will be tasked with sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding exceptional caregiving candidates to ensure staffing needs are met. Daily responsibilities will also include coordinating recruitment campaigns, managing applicant databases, conducting initial screenings, and providing support throughout the hiring process. Collaboration with management and other teams will be essential to ensuring high-quality staffing operations align with company goals.
