RTRO, a thriving startup headquartered in Los Angeles, is on the hunt for a talented React Native Engineer based in San Diego, CA to contribute to the development and enhancement of our Ecommerce iOS application. This role offers the flexibility of remote work while providing the opportunity to make a significant mark on a pioneering product, all within the dynamic pace of a startup environment.

Key Duties:

• Develop and maintain a robust Ecommerce iOS application using React Native.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to roll out new features and enhancements.
• Craft clean, scalable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to elevate performance and user experience.
• Implement responsive designs and ensure intuitive user experiences across various devices.
• Optimize the application for maximum speed, reliability, and scalability.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends in React Native and bring fresh, innovative ideas to the team.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of experience working with React Native, particularly on iOS applications.
• Solid comprehension of mobile development concepts, including APIs, authentication, and data management.
• Proven experience with integrating third-party libraries and APIs.
• Strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with mobile app performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deploying apps to the Apple App Store.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while effectively working with a team.

Bonus Points:

• Prior experience with Ecommerce platforms and payment integrations.
• Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of Android development and cross-platform optimizations.
