Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Production Supervisor to support an Manufacturing Client ! This opportunity is based out of Fort Mill, SC (relo package avail!) and will be on a 2-2-3 shift schedule (Employees work 2 consecutive day shifts, followed by 2 days off, then 3 consecutive day shifts. This cycle repeats every 28 days. Each shift is 12 hours long, ensuring consistent weekly hours but varying days off). Additionally, this opportunity offers quick interviews with quick feedback, competitive rates (ranging from $80K - $95K based off of years of experience) and there is lots of stability and room for growth, as this is a direct hire opportunity.

Must Haves

• Ability to work on a W2 basis without sponsorship now or at any point in the future
• Ability to work on site in Fort Mill SC, 5x a week
• Experience working with Semiconductors
• Proven experience as a supervisor, overseeing production and assembly teams
• 5+ years of experience in production
• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Expert in lean methodologies , kaizen, six sigma
• Experience with KPI concepts such as OEE
• Experience with Semiconductors
