This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dedham, MA, for a Packaging and Shipping Associate. The associate will manage day-to-day activities such as packing and preparing products for shipment, ensuring accurate documentation, verifying product quality before shipping, and assisting in inventory management. Additional responsibilities include maintaining packaging standards, collaborating with team members to optimize processes, and ensuring adherence to company safety protocols.

• Experience with Packing, Packaging Design, and Packaging Engineering
• Strong understanding of Quality Control practices and standards
• Ability to conduct Research to optimize packaging and shipping efficiency
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
• Previous experience in shipping or warehouse roles is a plus
