The Nursing Manager - Quality & Patient Experience will play a pivotal role within a supportive and diverse team of healthcare professionals. Tasked with driving and fostering a culture of patient-centered care, the Performance Improvement/Patient Experience RN Manager will work to transform patient feedback into actionable improvements. This involves identifying performance improvement opportunities and deploying Lean Six Sigma tools to refine customer interaction. The Nursing Quality & Patient Manager will lead patient experience and performance initiatives, collaborating with leadership and staff, and enhancing team education and best practices.
