Now Hiring – 2nd Shift Manufacturing Semi Skilled & Skilled Trade Roles (Multiple Openings!)

Turning (CNC Lathe) | Disassembly | Parts Washer | Assembly / Saw Operator

Location: Brighton, MI

Schedule: 2nd Shift —3:15 PM – 1:45 AM , Monday–Friday

Pay Range:$19.00–$25.00/hour (Based on experience)

Current Open Positions (All 2nd Shift)

1. Turning – CNC Lathe Operator

• Operate CNC turning equipment for low- to mid-volume precision machined parts
• Perform machine setups, tool offsets, part inspections, and adjustments
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and measurement specifications
• Use micrometers, calipers, and gauges to maintain tight tolerances
• Ideal Candidate: 1–5+ years CNC machining experience, ability to work independently, comfortable in a job shop environment.

2. Disassembly Technician

• Disassemble roller and bearing assemblies for rebuild and repair
• Inspect parts for wear, damage, or tolerance deviation
• Prepare and document items before repair or machining
• Assist production and maintenance teams as needed
• Ideal Candidate: Mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools.

3. Parts Washer / Cleaning Technician

• Operate industrial parts washing and cleaning equipment
• Remove oils, debris, and machining residue from parts
• Follow safety standards for solvents and cleaning chemicals
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash station
• Ideal Candidate: Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently with repetitive processes.

4. Assembly / Saw Operator

• Assemble finished roller and bearing units to customer specification
• Operate band saws or cutoff saws to prep raw material
• Perform test fits, torque specs, and final quality inspections
• Package components for shipment
• Ideal Candidate: Hands-on mechanical aptitude and ability to read basic work instructions.

General Requirements for All Roles

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
