Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year

Location

The qualified candidate must have at least 5 years of experience in asset management - ideally within the entertainment, live event production, or AV industry.

Job Description

  • Oversee and optimize the management of all rental assets across multiple national operations
  • Track real-time asset utilization, movement, and availability using advanced inventory software (Flex Rental Solutions)
  • Analyze performance data to identify underperforming assets and drive cost efficiency
  • Strategically allocate equipment for upcoming events to maximize usage and minimize transport costs
  • Support asset acquisition and disposal, including purchasing decisions and negotiations
  • Manage asset budgets, depreciation tracking, and return-on-asset reporting
  • Partner with leadership on capital expenditure planning and financial forecasting
  • Assist in acquisitions and integration of newly acquired gear and facilities
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and operational excellence

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in asset management (live event, production, or AV industry preferred)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in asset management systems; Flex Rental Solutions experience a plus
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Willingness to travel nationally as needed

Compensation
