Guests feel it; you'll feel it too. **What You'll Do** Responsible for the washing, folding and pressing of linens and terry - all the while providing outstanding service to our guests along the way! **Some of your responsibilities include:** + Greet any and all guests with a proper greeting. + Launder all dirty towels. + Fold towels and stock them on shelves. + Accountable for the pick-up and delivery of guest laundry with proper logging procedures. + Clear the laundry chute of any dirty linen. + Stock amenity table for afternoon. + Report any damages, hazards, repairs and strangers in assigned areas. + Return any items found in guestrooms, hallways, or back of the house to the lost and found. + Quickly respond to guest requests in a timely and friendly manner. + We all wear multiple hats here at Kimpton. You may need to take on responsibilities outside of this job description at times, as we all do. **What You Bring** + High School Diploma is preferred. + 1 year of experience in customer service or similar role. + Hardworking with a real passion for customer service. + Basic writing skills, professional communication skills. + Flexible schedule, able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed.
