What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around January 2026 and continue through the Winter/Spring term (ending approximately May 2026) or continuing into Summer 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.
Tesla is seeking a highly motivated Intern to join our North America Service Field Management team. You will be working with our Service Program Manager in developing and implementing strategies to maximize scalability and improve operational efficiency in our automotive service division. You will assist across several service and parts teams, analyze data, and identify opportunities for process enhancements to ensure the delivery of top-notch service to our customers while achieving financial objectives.
Can work in any of the following Tesla Service locations - Florida, Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, Louisiana, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and Puerto Rico.
What You'll Do Assist with developing and launching new products and processes that drive customer experience and improve brand loyaltyAssist in gathering and evaluating data to streamline existing service processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costsWork closely with Service Program Manager Service Management, Service and Parts teams to align strategies and goalsAid with processes to analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and industry best practices to identify new product opportunitiesAssist in conducting data analysis to identify areas for cost reduction and revenue enhancement and provide regular financial reports and insights to senior management
