Implementation Lead - AI Claims Platform - San Francisco | On site
A fast growing AI company working in the workers compensation sector is hiring an Implementation Lead to manage large scale, data heavy deployments for enterprise insurance clients.
You will run end to end implementations, own timelines, guide data ingestion and system integration, and be the main point of contact for senior stakeholders. The role blends consulting, delivery, and technical problem solving, working closely with engineering.
What you will work on
• Lead enterprise onboarding from kickoff to full adoption
• Build project plans, manage milestones, and track delivery
• Work directly with claims leaders and frontline adjusters
• Translate requirements into clear actions for engineering
• Support user adoption through training and live sessions
What they are looking for
• 3 plus years in implementation, consulting, or solutions work
• Experience with complex, data driven software rollouts
• Comfort with APIs, data mapping, cloud concepts, Jira, Asana
• Background in insurance or workers compensation is a plus
• Strong communication range and calm presence with senior clients
Salary range: 140k to 170k plus equity.
