We are seeking for someone who can provide 24x7 frontline IT support as the single point of contact for inbound incidents. Handle Level 1 troubleshooting, ticketing, system monitoring, and incident escalation. Strong customer service skills required. Windows experience preferred; UNIX/AIX a plus. Rotational shifts required.
