Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Registered Agent to support our team on a contract basis. This role is critical in managing legal documentation and operational tasks to ensure compliance and streamlined communication.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Handling incoming and outgoing mail, including time-sensitive legal documents.
• Conducting and submitting monthly audits accurately and promptly.
• Assisting with shipping-related tasks to support site operations.
• Organizing and maintaining legal documentation in compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
• Communicating professionally with internal departments and external stakeholders as needed.

Required Experience/Skills

• Proven punctuality and reliability.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with mail handling and legal documentation (preferred).
• Ability to work onsite in Frisco, TX.

Nice-to-Haves

• Prior experience in legal operations or administrative roles.
• Familiarity with compliance-related tasks and document control.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Pay & Benefits Summary

Pay range: $21/hr.
