What To Expect
The Culinary Coordinator is an integral part of the Culinary Team and is responsible for executing a broad range of program goals, mostly through cross-functional planning, facilitating, and reporting. This includes the supporting and implementation of culinary programs, providing and ensuring excellent customer service, and administering food & beverage programs and services. What You'll Do Oversee upkeep and maintenance of equipment at all sites (ie. Keurigs, fridges, soda machines, vending machines, etc.)Schedule fixes or maintenance services for equipment with corresponding vendorsConduct a walkthrough to all ancillary sites to ensure service standards meet expectationsSupport projects from the definition of the scope, work plan creation, timelines, internal and external resources needed and allocates labor and resources as requiredMaintain operational systems, processes and policies to support better management reporting, information flow and coordination between business unitsWork collaboratively with fast-paced cross-functional teams to solve complex issues, set goals, track deliverables, and report outMonitors and analyzes current system of production and works out strategy for improving when necessary
What You'll Bring 3 years’ high-volume food & beverage experience in related field and/or degree from an accredited university in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related majorExperience working with Microsoft Windows and Office which includes word outlook, processing, spreadsheets and database programsFood Manager Certification (preferred)Must be customer service oriented, accurate, self-motivated, and be able to use time efficiently. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to direct and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service to our internal and external customersExperience working in time critical and fast-paced product developmentAbility to manage multiple projects at the same time and quickly understand complex problems and effectively facilitate a team to decision and action

Expected Compensation
$20.20 - $34.80/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
