Brief Overview:
The E-Commerce Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing and overseeing daily online retail operations to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient business processes. This role bridges merchandising, fulfillment, customer service, marketing, and technology teams to drive operational excellence, improve efficiencies, and support revenue growth.
