Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Dispatcher located in Bakersfield, CA. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing and coordinating the schedules and routes of drivers, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring drivers' progress, responding to customer inquiries, updating route information, maintaining communication with drivers and customers, and resolving any issues that may arise during deliveries.
