Job Title : Desktop Support

Location : Tulsa, OK (hybrid)

Duration : 4 months – possible extension/potential conversion

Responsibilities

• Provide general desktop and end-user support for a diverse user base
• Deliver hardware and software support across enterprise environments
• Respond to, track, and resolve incident and service request tickets in a timely manner
• Maintain and support office technology and workstation equipment
• Provide front-facing customer service with a strong focus on user satisfaction
• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 support for enterprise applications and systems
• Support Microsoft Office Suite and backend office applications
• Manage devices using Microsoft Intune
• Perform user and access management using Active Directory
• Support remote desktop and endpoint management tools

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Candidates without a degree must have an additional 5 years of relevant experience

Required Skills

• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Experience providing desktop support in an enterprise environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting users in banking or law firm environments
• Familiarity with Apple iOS devices
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat
