Our APIs and data products are integrated into enterprise supply-chain systems across the globe -- and we’re expanding our team to better support the customers who rely on that data every day.

We’re looking for a curious, detail-oriented problem solver who wants to grow into a technical role. You don’t need to know how to code, but you should be excited to learn the basics of APIs, JSON, SQL, and data workflows.

This role sits at the intersection of customer support, data operations, and product knowledge, helping our customers troubleshoot API issues and helping Gnosis Freight build a stronger internal playbook for how we triage data questions.

What You’ll Do

Customer Support & Troubleshooting

• Serve as the first line of response for our data/API support inbox and ticket queue
• Troubleshoot customer questions related to data accuracy, API responses, timestamps, event sequencing, and usage patterns
• Reproduce issues using our internal tools, logs, and dashboards
• Translate technical findings into clear, friendly explanations for customers
• Escalate complex issues to the Integrations, Data, or Backend teams with high-quality notes

Internal Triaging & Playbook Development

• Help build and maintain Gnosis’s Data Support Playbook — including common scenarios, decision trees, and troubleshooting checklists
• Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements across API documentation, schemas, or internal data pipelines
• Improve how we classify, tag, and route support requests across teams

Learning & Skill Growth

• Learn the basics of API requests, response structures, credentials, and rate limits
• Learn foundational SQL to pull sample data or validate customer reports
• Get exposure to logistics workflows, container lifecycle events, and carrier EDI data
• Work closely with Solutions, Integrations, and Product to understand how our systems work end-to-end

Who You Are

• A recent graduate or early-career professional excited to break into tech
• Strong communicator who enjoys helping people solve problems
• Naturally curious - you like understanding how things work
• Comfortable working through ambiguity and asking great questions
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple customer threads
• Interested in learning technical skills (APIs, SQL, JSON) but don’t yet need them

Nice-to-Have (But Not Required)

• Exposure to: APIs, JSON, SQL, or customer support tools (Intercom, Zendesk, etc.)
• Experience with logistics, transportation, supply chain systems, or data analysis
• Ability to read technical docs and summarize them clearly
