Job Title: Project Manager – Commercial Construction

Location: Alexandria, Virginia

Salary: $100,000 – $135,000 (DOE)

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain seamless communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Oversee on-site activities to ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and project specifications.
• Support estimating and pre-construction efforts where needed.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager with a General Contractor , ideally within restaurant, retail, hospitality, or warehouse construction .
• Strong understanding of ground-up and interior renovation projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
