Sanctuary Recovery Centers provides holistic and continuous care designed to support individuals on their path from addiction to recovery. By focusing on the whole individual, Sanctuary equips clients with self-development skills, community support, and real-life coping strategies. Our approach ensures that leaving treatment marks the beginning of a new phase in recovery, supported by housing and alumni programs that sustain progress. We primarily serve community members diagnosed with substance use disorder, often in combination with co-occurring conditions.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinical Director at Sanctuary Recovery Centers, located in Phoenix, AZ. The Clinical Director will oversee clinical operations, provide leadership for staff, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based care to our clients. Responsibilities include supervising and mentoring clinical staff, developing individualized treatment plans, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, and fostering a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment for clients.

• Expertise and background in Medicine, Mental Health, and Behavioral Health.
• Strong skills in Clinical Supervision and Psychology, including the ability to guide and mentor clinical teams effectively.
• Experience managing mental health and substance use treatment programs and strategies.
• Proven interpersonal, organizational, and leadership abilities.
• Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related mental health, counseling, or medical field.
• Current licensure in the state of Arizona as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent.
• Experience in addiction recovery care and co-occurring conditions is highly desirable.
