As an APM, you’ll be at the heart of our operations—supporting Project Managers, coordinating crews, and ensuring our projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. 🔨 What You’ll Do

• Be the on-site point of contact for crews, customers, and deliveries.
• Ensure jobs run smoothly by confirming materials are on site, monitoring install quality, and maintaining site cleanliness.
• Oversee subcontracted crews, ensuring safety, quality, and adherence to project scope.
• Keep the Project Manager informed with real-time updates on progress, material needs, and change orders.
  Assist with documentation—photos, videos, and notes that track project timelines.
• Verify each site is weather-tight and secure at the end of the day and fully cleaned at project completion.
• Support material logistics, waste disposal, and returns to keep projects efficient.
• Represent James & Whitney Co. with professionalism on every job site.

✅ Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift up to 90 lbs and stay physically active on job sites.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A “whatever it takes” mindset with the ability to problem-solve on the fly.
