Shift: 1st and 2nd available

Pay: $16-17/hr

Job Summary:

As an Assembler at Lear, you’ll play a key role in building automotive components and assemblies that meet strict quality and safety standards. This position involves working in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment where attention to detail and consistency are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble automotive seating and component parts according to work instructions, blueprints, or diagrams.
• Inspect parts and finished products for quality and accuracy.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and machinery safely and efficiently.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and adhere to production schedules.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation while complying with 5S and lean manufacturing principles.
• Report defects, equipment malfunctions, or safety concerns to supervisors.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet or exceed production goals.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience a plus but not required—training provided.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Reliable attendance and a positive team attitude.
• Willingness to work overtime or flexible hours as needed.
