**APPLY FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING** **- Assembler** **Shifts / Pay: $20/hr - $24/hr** **Monday through Thursday (6 PM - 4 AM)** **Friday through Sunday (6 AM - 6 PM)** **All shifts offer optional overtime** **Weekly Pay** **Job Description:** The Assembler will engage in manual labor within a manufacturing environment focusing on assembling parts for satellite systems. **Responsibilities:** + Work with the team to put parts together. + Sort and organize materials on tables or shelves. + Use hand tools to assemble small parts. + Clean, pack, and seal finished parts in boxes. + Move, pick, and arrange parts as needed. **Essential Skills:** + Candidates must have at least 1 year of prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, construction or warehouse environments + High aptitude to work with small electronics **Why Work Here?** Employees receive a $750 monthly stipend upon direct hire, providing additional financial support and demonstrating the organization's commitment to its workforce **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Midland, TX. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
