Men’s Apparel Fit Model – Part-Time Contractor
Location: On-site in San Leandro, CA
Hours: Average of 3–6 hours per month
Type: Contract
Rate: $100–$150/hr (based on experience)
Please note: This position is strictly for fit modeling, not photo modeling.
We are seeking a male fit model to assist our design and product development teams in creating and refining our men’s apparel. As a fit model, you will serve as the physical standard for our men’s line, helping ensure our products meet the highest standards of fit, function, and comfort for our male customers.

When submitting your application, please also include three recent photos—front, side, and back views—sent to hr.recruiting@ariat.com. To ensure accurate garment fitting and proportion alignment for our product development process, photos should be taken in fitted, non-branded clothing (e.g., tank top and leggings or similar). These images will be used solely for internal evaluation of fit and sizing compatibility.

The hourly range for this position is $100 - $150 per hour.
The salary is determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data for geographic locations. Ariat in good faith believes that this posted compensation range is accurate for this role at this location at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This contract position may be eligible for select benefits through the payrolling agency. Benefits may include medical, dental, and vision insurance options and 401k.
