We’re seeking a highly strategic and organized go-getter Account Supervisor who has pharma advertising agency experience. You’ll serve as the main client point of contact and agency quarterback, liaison between internal team members, partner with our PM team on budgets and schedules, and collaborate with and support senior management.

Desired Skills and Experience

The person we’re seeking will encompass the following:

- has 3-6 years of agency experience in an account/client service role in a pharma advertising agency

- a true team player with an entrepreneurial spirit

- exhibit independence and autonomy for their responsibilities

- a deep understanding of their client's business

- serve as a vital link between client and agency to ensure client satisfaction

- plan and execute client activities in an efficient and high-quality manner under the direction of a higher-level supervisor

- keep client deliverables on track and ensure deadlines are met through partnering with the PM team on status reports, budget spreadsheets, timelines, etc.

- support submissions via online portals/platforms for legal review

- can manage many moving parts/client deliverables and can effectively prioritize

- is excited about the creative process

- is a strategic thinker who’s not afraid to share ideas

- knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is a plus!

Salary Range: $90,000 – $125,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
